Press release: Patrick Möller appointed Director Investor Relations at XING AG

Hamburg, September 27, 2007 - Patrick Möller will undertake the management of Investor Relations at XING AG (ISIN: DE000XNG8888) with effect from October 1, 2007. In the newly created position of Director Investor Relations, the 29-year-old will be responsible for the global supervision and support of analysts, as well as institutional and private investors. In this role, Mr. Möller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Eoghan Jennings.

Patrick Möller has seven years’ capital market experience, as well as an active network of contacts in the financial sector – on both a national and international level. After completing his studies in Management Sciences, Mr. Möller began his career path as Investor Relations Manager at Mobilcom AG, where he played a key role in setting up and establishing the IR division.
When Mobilcom and freenet merged to form freenet AG – now one of the leading Internet and telecommunications providers in Germany – Patrick Möller’s expert qualifications resulted in his appointment as Head of Investor Relations at the company.
