XING has 5 offices in Europe. Each of these offices provides the perfect setting for collaboration and brainstorming while also offering the opportunity to zoom out whenever deep work is what you need. We also offer both remote and hybrid working models so you can work from home as and when you need to.

Welcome to Hamburg! Our first and biggest Location in Europe.

In Barcelona we’re lucky enough to have talented people from 10 different countries working on cutting-edge recruiting solutions that are used by over 20 million people every day. Barcelona is one of the most important tech hubs in Europe and it’s still growing. With 280 days of sun each year, there’s always time for ice cream, great food, and carefree nights off. As a thriving metropolis, Barcelona has much to offer with an excellent selection of culinary delights to enjoy. It’s also a happening spot for culture, with music festivals, theatre, museums, fairs, and more so you never experience a dull moment.

València is our newest location, where talented people from 11 different countries are working on cutting-edge recruiting solutions that are used by over 20 million people every day. In València, we have groups in Software Engineering, Product teams, Design, and many more. There is more than just port wine in Porto! Nestled along the picturesque Douro River, Porto is a vibrant city steeped in history and culture. We’re fortunate to have a diverse team of talented individuals from 14 different countries, each bringing unique perspectives and skills that contribute to our innovative spirit.

How about remote work?

At XING, we prioritize flexibility, offering remote contracts, although fully remote arrangements are less common. Most roles feature hybrid models, allowing you to work from home while also coming into the office to connect with colleagues and collaborate. This culture of exchange and innovation is really important to us. The specifics of your hybrid model will vary by team—some positions require more time in the office than others. We always try to provide the flexibility you need, recognizing that traditional 9-to-5 jobs can be a real challenge nowadays. With our flexible, trust-based working hours, we support you in finding a work rhythm that works for you and those around you.

We’re not just about flexibility; we also want to ensure that the right talent can join our team, regardless of location.
