Eric Archambeau resigns from his seat on XING AG’s Supervisory Board

Hamburg, November 3, 2010 - Eric Archambeau from the venture capital firm Wellington Partners has chosen to resign from his seat on XING AG's Supervisory Board effective November 26. Wellington Partners had invested in XING AG shortly after its inception, and then gradually sold its shares after the IPO had taken place. Mr. Archambeau's successor will be appointed and announced in the near future.
