Hamburg, December 06, 2010 – Dr. Andreas Meyer-Landrut (51) was appointed to the supervisory board of the publicly listed XING AG (ISIN: DE000XNG888), based in Hamburg, Germany, on November 29. He follows on from Eric Archambeau, who resigned from his seat effective November 27, 2010, and will assume Mr. Archambeau’s duties until the next general meeting. Dr. Meyer-Landrut is a lawyer and, since 2008, partner at the German Corporate Group of DLA Piper, one of the largest legal service providers in the world. He already has good knowledge of XING as a company through his extensive consulting work.
