XING AG reports change in Supervisory Board

Hamburg, December 12, 2008. Hamburg, Germany-based XING AG reported today that Supervisory Board member and co-founder of XING Bill Liao will step down from the Supervisory Board with effect of December 15th, enabling current CEO and company founder Lars Hinrichs to take up the position on January 15, 2009. Bill Liao will be spending more time with www.neo.org, the philanthropic social network he founded.

The Executive and Advisory Boards of XING AG expressed their appreciation to Bill Liao for his years of support. "Bill was instrumental in establishing XING AG as Europe's leading business network. It was a pleasure working with him, and we are happy that Bill will continue to support the company in a consulting capacity," said Dr. Neil Sunderland, Chairman of the XING AG Supervisory Board.
