We offer you a Leadership Programme with a broad scope and exciting end goals: You’ll receive an enticing annual salary, get to know XING through a range of challenging projects, and have seasoned mentors to guide you and help you hone your skills.

You can choose to focus on digital product management, corporate development, corporate finance or a combination of all three of them.

In each rotation the trainee works with experienced teams on real products and use casesThis allows trainees to experience the work with different teams, on different business models, product types or on strategic projects. Much of the training & learning happens on-the-job in the rotations by working closely with experienced professionals (e.g. product management, user experience & design, business development, finance & analytics). This hands-on learning-by-doing is complemented with a series of seminars, classes & soft skill trainings which ensure the trainees cover all the bases.

On top, each trainee is matched with a Mentor from XING’s senior Management, usually a board member who will support the trainee in her/his development.
