Declaration of Conformity

The term Corporate Governance concerns the entire management and supervisory system of a company including its organization, business policy principles und guidelines, as well as the internal and external management and supervisory structures.

The aim of Corporate Governance is the management and supervision of the company with the aim of a responsible and sustained creation of value. It is crucial here that the management and supervisory board work closely and efficiently together, that respect for shareholders’ interests is maintained and that open and transparent corporate communications are upheld.

Following you will find the joint Declaration of Conformity from the management and supervisory boards of XING AG , according to Section 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) regarding the German Corporate Governance Code (Deutscher Corporate Governance Kodex).
