Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

• Planning and implementation of software projects as part of the ongoing expansion and development of the XING Partner Ecosystem
  
• Negotiation, coordination and cooperation with external companies and partners
• Creation and appraisal of requirement documents, functional specifications and technical interface descriptions
• Consultancy and support for colleagues and cooperation partners with regard to technical and conceptual aspects integration and cooperation options and opportunities
• Responsibility for the roll-out and ongoing development of partner applications

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Academic degree in Computer Sciences or Information Management
• Extensive knowledge of the Internet industry and a sound understanding of new trends and technologies such as OpenSocial and REST
• Several years’ project experience working in the conception, development and roll-out of Internet-based software
• Very good analytical skills, ability to realize complex business processes and requirements in a structured way to suit the respective technical conditions
• Good interpersonal skills and a talent for negotiation
• Very good German and English
