We currently have a job opening for a Associate Customer Care - Quality and Security, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handling of correspondence in German
  • Correspondence with members, mainly in writing by also on the phone
  • Maintenance of user database
  • Quality assurance of the user-generated content on the XING Website
  • Daily review of changes made to profiles
  • Warning and exclusion of members from the platform in cases of improper conduct
  • Independent processing of member enquiries

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Vocational training qualification
  • Experience working in Customer Support
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English spelling systems
  • Italian skills are an advantage
  • Confident written and spoken communication
  • Highly focused on customer needs and a good team player
  • Quick powers of comprehension
  • Good interpersonal skills and a confident and relaxed manner
  • Good organizational talents and an ability to solve problems
