Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervision of and relations with our business customers / corporate accounts concerning the “Jobs” and “Company Profiles” sections of the platform
• Technical user support regarding the use of XING and its relevant applications
• Customer relations aimed at ensuring the best possible usage of company profiles and posting job listings for maximum success
• Key involvement in the upholding of member satisfaction
• Close cooperation with the Sales department
• Responsibility for administrative processes such as the implementation of contracts and settlement of accounts

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Professional training with vocational experience, or a university degree or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience working in customer service and supervising corporate customers
• Good knowledge of and/or professional experience working with CRM
• Fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
• An excellent team player with a strong focus on the customer and a proactive attitude
• A highly reliable individual with good interpersonal skills
• Previous insights into the online job market would be ideal
