Team Leader Customer Intelligence (m/f)

We currently have a job opening for a Team Leader Customer Intelligence, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional guidance of the Customer Intelligence team
  • Responsible for data mining, analytical CRM, profitability analyses, recommender systems, customer segmentation, hypothetical testing, planning and simulation
  • Providing support to all the management and other divisions in terms of profit-oriented management
  • Implementation and evaluation of complex analyses and communication of the results
  • Proactive improvement of the Customer Intelligence division

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Completed university degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business informatics or business
  • Experience in leading a team of qualified experts
  • Knowledge in multivariable statistics and in the development of prognosis models
  • Ability to analyze and format complex circumstances and large data volumes
  • Practical experience with data mining tools such as SAS, SPSS or R
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and databases
  • Interest in topics such as semantic web, web2.0  / web3.0, social networks and recommender systems
  • Proactive and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
