We currently have a job opening for a Senior Product Manager XING Jobs, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsibility for the product development of XING Jobs and active involvement in the product strategy
  • Definition of product requirements and composition of PRDs incl. mock-ups and the creation of prototypes for the XING Jobs product section
  • Coordination of feature implementation, working closely together with the development team responsible
  • Observation and analysis of the competitive environment; insightful research into users and their needs when developing new features
  • Creation of a substantiated product roadmap for XING Jobs
  • Excellent social skills, and a strong desire to take on responsibility
  • Communication of product changes and launches both within the company and to our members

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the field of online job sites or career portals
  • Broad insights into Product Management, with particular focus on the conception, design, testing and roll-out of software and Internet services
  • Knowledge of agile development methods and initial experience of agile software development
  • Good analytical skills for structuring complex processes, requirements and specifications
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very good German and English
