We currently have a job opening for a Scrum Master, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

  • Taking charge of development teams as a scrum master, depending on the project also as a project manager
  • Supporting the various departments in project planning, supplying professional expertise, experience and personal commitment
  • Working in interdisciplinary teams including external companies and partners, taking a results-based approach
  • Supporting the development chain optimization process

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Professional training with vocational experience, or a university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a scrum master or project manager, knowledge of agile methods as applied to Internet or software industries
  • A solid knowledge of common agile and standard development techniques and methods
  • A “self-starter” personality and working method, and a high degree of responsibility
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good spoken and written German and English abilities
