Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Collect best practices in marketing and B2B from the relevant teams in XING headquarters and subsidiaries and ensure knowledge transfer amongst all parties involved
• Enable the local teams at XING subsidiaries to adapt and sell XING B2B products in their markets
• Conceptualize and implement international customer marketing activities and mailings in line with the international strategy
• Support the international teams in XING Headquarters and subsidiaries in establishing partnerships
• Research potential opportunities for international business expansion

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in an International environment in the Internet industry
• University degree in business administration or equivalent is required
• Experience in online marketing
• Experience in initiating and executing internal as well as external business initiatives and working in cross-functional teams
• Experience in business modeling and tracking business performance
• High affinity for online business concepts and social networking
• Good social skills and strong degree of comfort interfacing at all levels of an organization is essential
• An ability to take initiative and make sound business judgment is required
• Fluency in German and English is required, additional language skills are a plus
