SEO/ SEM Manager (m/f)

We currently have a job opening for a SEO/ SEM Manager, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and realization of SEM campaigns
  • Teamwork with SEO/ SEM agencies, internal and external service providers, including briefings, project management and evaluation
  • Input in the growth of referrals and uniques by optimizing the Website and profile pages for organic search, plus execution together with our product/developer teams
  • Creation of product requirement documents for SEO product enhancements
  • Identification of keywords and products for current and future SEM campaigns and SEO optimization
  • Monitoring of competitors’ sites in the field of SEO/ SEM
  • Creation and constant analysis of reports for SEO/ SEM
  • Constant monitoring of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices, and emerging items of interest, sharing this information with the team, developers, etc.

 
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven ability to optimize websites for organic search on the major search engines
  • Deep familiarity of search engine technologies and algorithms
  • Experience in running SEM campaigns
  • Sound understanding of web technologies (HTML, AJAX, Java Script, CSS etc.)
  • Analytical skills and ability to think process oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English. Ability to speak other languages such as Spanish, French, etc would be advantageous
