Senior Manager Corporate Sales (m/f)

We currently have a job opening for a Senior Manager Corporate Sales, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop sales plan and market segmentation to ensure penetration of corporate  recruiting solutions into medium & large accounts
  • Conduct sales activities in Germany and coordinate international sales activities
  • Assume responsibility for revenues from corporate recruiting solutions
  • Develop and deploy corporate sales presentations
  • Utilize CRM to initiate, manage and forecast sales activities
  • Monitor and report market and customer requirements for continued development of recruiting solutions
  • Help build a dedicated sales team for corporate recruiting solutions

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Several years of professional experience in International B2B Sales and/or Business Development
  • Expertise within the Internet industry, preferably with proven experience working for an online job platform
  • In-depth knowledge of the online recruiting market and contacts in this business sector in Germany and internationally
  • Bachelor or Master degree level
  • Proactive, highly motivated and able to work in an organized manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Good business acumen
  • Fluency in English and German
