Sales Manager Online Recruiting (m/f)

We currently have a job opening for a Sales Manager Online Recruiting, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

  • Further promote our new recruiting platform "Marketplace" 
  • Conduct sales activities for the "Marketplace" in Germany and other European countries 
  • Manage existing sales accounts 
  • Utilize CRM to initiate, monitor and forecast sales activities 
  • Develop and deploy corporate sales presentations 
  • Monitor and report market and customer requirements for continued development of recruiting solutions

 
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the online recruiting market and online business in general
  • Some experience in Sales and/or Business Development
  • Bachelor or Master degree level 
  • Proactive, highly motivated and able to work in an organized manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong team player 
  • Good business acumen 
  • Fluency in English and German
