Project Management Officer (m/f)

We currently have a job opening for a Project Management Officer, available at the soonest possible starting date. The position is based at our headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration on operational Project Management activities and support of Project Managers
  • Optimization of existing Project Management standards, as well as processes, tools, models, etc.
  • Support of staff in implementing PM standards, coaching if necessary
  • Support in Resource Management, Project Controlling and multi-project management processes


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree or vocation training qualification, with proven experience working in PMO
  • Advanced training in Project Management would be advantageous
  • A structured manner of working and keen focus on the details of work processes
  • Exceptional team skills and enthusiasm for achieving targets, even under difficult conditions
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent German and English
  • Good analytical skills
